I work from an Integrative, Trauma-Informed, Queer-Affirmative, and Intersectional lens, grounded in Relational and Systemic perspectives. My approach draws from Humanistic, Cognitive, Somatic (Mind-Body), Attachment-Based (EFT), Parts Work, ACT, and Mindfulness-based practices. Depending on the client’s needs, I also incorporate creative and reflective modalities such as Expressive Arts, Guided Imagery, and Visualization. My practice emphasizes inclusivity, embodiment and holistic well-being.
I hope therapy becomes a safe haven where clients can slow down, stay with their vulnerabilities, understand themselves beyond survival patterns and create corrective emotional experiences. I hope they develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves, recognise the impact of their experiences without feeling defined by them, and feel more connected to their needs, boundaries, relationships and identities.
I’m a big-time cat person who enjoys exploring eateries, painting, singing and reading. I love spending time close to mountains in solitude and with my loved ones.
