Last minute cancellations (Before 24hours of the assigned time slot) will be charged the full session fee.

The therapist will wait up to 25 minutes of the session for the client before cancelling.
In events when the client is late, the remainder of the time will be used for the session. In events when the therapist is late, the additional time will be added to the session, or the next session.

If the cancellation has been made before 24 hours of the assigned time slot, the refund will be reflected in the client’s account in 5-7 business days (India) or 10 days (Clients abroad). As an alternate, if the clients prefer the amount to be carried forward to the next appointment with your therapist, that would also be possible.
